PatternFable is a new home for turning personal photos into clear, editable cross-stitch charts. We want the path from a favorite image to a printable pattern to feel simple, honest, and enjoyable.
Our approach
Make the craft feel possible.
A useful chart is more than a pixelated photo. Its size should make sense on fabric, its colours should be manageable, and the important details should still read when you step back from the grid.
Our workflow keeps the original image, chart, DMC palette, stitch counts, and finished dimensions together. Generate from a photo, make stitch-level edits, and download an A4 pattern for printing.
PatternFable is in its integration phase. PDF download is free for now; payment is outside this phase.
